  • Currently certified by ServSafe­ and L.A. Department of Health for Food  Safety.
  • Registered with NRAEF and ServSafe as both Instructor and Exam Proctor.
  • Experience with training Employees in multiple New Restaurant Openings.
  • Involvement with Health Department Inspections resulting in 100% Grade A.
  • Experience in handling complaints & false claims of "food poisoning".
  • Knowledgeable of all aspects of safe food handling, including back-of-the-house training.
